Please note that all required documents must be provided before you will be allowed to submit your student registration. Please visit the district website at https://www.middletownk12.org/departments/registration for further information regarding student registration. Please be advised that registration is now open for PreK students for the 25/26 school year. In order to register you must provide the six digit code that was provided to you in your students acceptance letter.
